摘要
简要介绍了城镇土地分等的技术路线,分析了现有的城镇土地分等研究中成果验证方法的优缺点,对传统的聚类分析方法中距离定义进行了改进,并将此方法运用到湖北省城镇土地分等成果验证工作中,最后尝试运用中心地理论揭示分等成果的规律性,为湖北省的城市发展提出建议。
This paper briefly introduces the technology line of urban land classification firstly. And then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the result validated method about urban land classification study, Improves on the distance definition of the traditional Cluster Analysis, And takes advantage of this method to validate the result of urban land classification. Finally, the author tries to apply central place theory to illustrate the regularity of urban land classification, put forward advice for the development of Hubei province at the same time.
