人民代表专职问题研究

Research of the System of the Full-time Deputies

随着经济、文化的迅速发展和人民民主权利意识的日益增强，我国长期实行的人大代表兼职制的弊端日益显现，严重影响了我国民主法制建设。通过分析代表专职制的优点，结合我国的发展现状，笔者认为应逐步推行代表专职制度，并对代表专职制的制度建立提出设想。

Along with the rapid development of economy and culture, the gradual enhancement of people＇sdemocratic right consciousness,the drawbacks of China＇s part-time deputies system of People＇s Con- gress have been outstanding gradually,which have seriously affected China＇s democracy and legal system building. By analyzing the merits of the full-time deputies system, and unifying China＇s present situation, the author thinks that we should transform the part-time deputies system into the system of the full-time deputies, and puts forward a tentative proposal to establishment the system of the full-time deputies.
