本文着重分析了英语歧义词句的多义性现象及其原因，指出英语歧义现象主要产生于词汇本身、语法的模糊性和语用等方面，进而提出了在英语交际中克服英语歧义的建议。

This article analyzes the phenomena and causes of expressions and sentences of English am- biguity, and it indicates that the ambiguity mainly grows out of vocabulary, illegibility of grammars, practical usage of words, at the same time it suggests some advice on how to communicate in English in order to avoid the ambiguity.
