摘要
目的研究芳香新塔花(Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.)化学成分,为进一步开发利用新塔花属植物资源提供依据。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定与光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从芳香新塔花的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为5,6,4'-三羟基7,8,3'-三甲氧基黄酮(5,6,4'-trihydroxy-7,8,3’-trimethoxyflavone,1)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,2)、水杨酸(salicylic acid,3)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,4)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,5)、α-菠菜甾醇(α—spinasterol,6)、α-菠菜甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡哺葡萄糖苷(α—spinaster-3-O-β-D—glucopyranoside,7)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,8)。结论化合物3~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the ethanol extract of the stem and root of Zi ziphora clinopodioides Lam. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, LH-20 Sephadex column and identified on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Compounds 1- 8 were obtained and their structures were identified as 5, 6, 4',-trihydroxy-7, 8, 3'- trimethoxyflavone, oleanolic acid, salicylic acid, β-sitosterol, daucosterol, α-spinasterol, α-spinaster-3-O-β-D- glucopyranoside, caffeic acid. Conclusions Compounds 3- 7 are isolated from the genus of Ziziphora for the first time.
