摘要
目的建立同时测定舒胆胶囊中芦荟大黄素和延胡索乙索含量的方法,为完善现有质量标准提供科学依据。方法采用HPLC法。用Diamonsil C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)分离,以甲醅pH6.8磷酸盐缓冲液(体积比70:30)进行等度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为40℃,检测波长为280nm。结果芦荟大黄素质量浓度在0.1300~2.600mg·L^-1内、延胡索乙素质量浓度在4.352~87.04mg·L^-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9999;平均回收率分别为100.0%(RSD=0.81%)和100.1%(RSD=0.33%)。结论本方法简便、快捷,结果准确,重复性好。可应用于舒胆胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of aloe-emodin and tetrahydropalmatine in Shudan (traditional Chinese medicines)capsules. Methods The chromatographic method was applied on a Diamonsil C18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-pH 6.8 phosphate buffer (V: V = 70:30) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 and column temperature was 40 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 130 0 - 2. 600 mg· L^- 1 ( r = 0. 999 7) for aloe-emodin and 4. 352 - 87.04 mg· L^- 1 ( r = 0.999 9) for tetrahydropalmatine;the average recoveries were 100.0 % (RSD = 0.81% ) for aloe-emodin and 100.1% (RSD= 0.33 % ) for tetrahydropalmatine. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Shudan capsules.
