论中西文化中关于“水”的隐喻

Comprehension of Water Metaphors in Chinese Culture and Western Culture

笔者试图从跨文化领域来对中西方文化中有关“水”的隐喻做对比研究，以期发现他们的不同和相同之处及导致这种现象的原因。笔者着重研究中西文化中相似的“水”的隐喻，之所以两种文化中存在大量的相似的隐喻，是由于人类认知普遍性造成的。同时，笔者也从触及了两文化中不同的“水”隐喻，并从生活环境和认知角度分析造成不同的原因。

Through a comparative study of water metaphor in Chinese culture and Western culture, this paper attempts to discuss the similarities and dissimilarities in cross-culture metaphor. The author concentrates on the similarities in the water metaphors shared by both languages and the cause for that is the cognitive universality. Meanwhile, the author touches upon the dissimilarities, analyzing the cause from the perspective of living environment and cognition.
