摘要
目的:观察缺血后处理对家兔右冠状动脉缺血再灌注窦房结传导时间及恢复时间的影响。方法:在体成年家兔右冠状动脉缺血再灌注模型动物随机分4组:正常对照组(CT)、缺血/再灌注(IR)组、缺血预处理(IprC)组、缺血后处理(IpoC)组。在不同时间测定各组心房快速起搏或程序电刺激后的窦房结传导时间(SACT)、恢复时间(SNRT)。结果:与CT组比较,各组各时间点SACT、SNRT值均增高;IprC组各时间点SACT、SNRT值较IR组均明显下降,IpoC组缺血期各时间点SNRT值较IR组无显著差异,而再灌注期各时间点SACT、SNRT值较IR组明显下降;IprC组较IpoC组缺血期各时间点SACT、SNRT值明显下降,而再灌注期各时间点SACT、SNRT值无明显差异。结论:IpoC与IprC可能具有类似的窦房结保护功能。
Objective: To observe the effects of sinoatrial node conduction time (SACT) and sinoatrial node recovery time ( SNRT ) of ischemia postconditioning on the ischemia reperfusion in right coronary artery of rabbits. Methods: The ischemia reperfusion models of the right coronary artery of adult rabbits in body were randomly divided into four groups. They were a normal control group (CT) , an ischemia reperfusion (IR) group, an ischemic preconditioning (IprC) group and an ischemia postconditioning (IpoC) group. Sinoatrial node conduction time (SACT) and sinoatrial node recovery time(SNRT) after rapid pacing and programmed electrical stimulation of cardiac atrium in each group were measured at the different time points respectively. Results: Compared with the CT group, the numerical value of SACT and SNRT in each group at the different time poins was all prolonged significantly. Compared with IR group, the numerical value of SACT and SNRT in IprC group at the different time poins was decresed. Compared with IR group, the numerical value of SNRT in IpoC group during the ischemia time was no significant difference and the numerical value of SACT and SNRT was declined during reperfusion time . Compared with the IpoC group, the numerical value of SACT and SNRT in IprC group during the ischemia time was declined and no significant difference during reperfusion time. Conclusion: IprC and IpoC may have similar sinoatrial node protective function.
