国家级电工电子实验教学示范中心建设的若干理论探讨与实践

Theoretical discussion and practice on the construction of experimental teaching demonstration center

根据教育部对国家级实验教学示范中心（以下简称中心）的建设要求，结合哈尔滨工程大学电工电子实验教学中心的建设实践，对示范中心建设中的一些相关问题在理论上进行了初步探讨并加以总结，籍以推动示范中心理论问题的研究与建设。

According to the requirements made to the experimental teaching demonstration center by the Ministry of Education, in combination with the constructing practice of electrotechnics and electronics experimental teaching center of Harbin Engineering University, concemed problems in the construction of the demonstration center are primarily discussed and summerized in theory so as to advance the research and construction of the theoretical problems.
