明晰与模糊的边界:社区自治问题探讨

The Boundary of Community Autonomous

公共经济学与社会学组织分析学派对边界问题的讨论分别代表了社区自治边界划分的两类观点,一类观点有明确的界限以及划分依据,一类观点没有明确的界限,但是这两类观点表述的状况在我国社区建设中却同时存在,我们分别称之为社区自治边界的分异与融合现象。这两种现象从表面上看差异较大,但实际上都在反映交换行为中等价交换物的购买力状况,社区自治边界的厘定直接与社区各类主体之间所拥有资源的购买力相关。

The boundary of community autonomous has been talked about by two school of thoughts, one is the public economics and the other is organization analysis school of sociology. Public economics give the explicit boundary as well as divides the basis, the other not. In the course of community autonomous, the city sees the two pictures of the two schools have talked about. We give two names to these pictures： community autonomous boundary differentiation and the fusion phenomenon separately. The Phenomenon is so different, in fact they reflecting the exchange behavior under the two type of recourse. The purchasing power of resource defines the the boundary of community autonomous.
