摘要
本文给出了集中建站最佳站址的充要条件,根据这个充要条件还提出了关于最佳点的若干判别定理。
In this paper, the necessary and sufficient condition of the optimal location of building centre is given. According to the condition, some distinguishing theorems of the optimal point arc proposed.
