新时期我国廉政文化建设在诸多方面面临着挑战:对廉政文化建设重要性认识不够,体制机制制度不完善,物质保障不到位等。因此,探索廉政文化建设新思路、新机制,从精神、制度和物质三个层面建立和完善廉政文化建设体系,显得尤为迫切。

Our honest government cultural construction in the new period is faced with challenges in many aspects. For example, the recognition of its significance is insufficient, the systematic mechanism imperfect, and the material safeguard inadequate, and so on. Therefore, it is especially important to explore the new thinking and mechanism through establishing and perfecting cultural construction against corruption from such three aspects as the spirit, the system and material.
