摘要
城市综合执法的法律依据不足、执法权限划分不合理等问题阻碍了综合执法的进一步发展。有必要在立法上予以完善,明确综合执法主体的地位、执法权限等,并加强执法队伍建设,以推进综合执法的改革和完善,提高城市管理的水平。
Because of legal shortage and unreasonableness of legal power demarcation of comprrehensive to enforce the law in city management, it is a necessity to make perfect, and strengthen the troops construction, push forward comprehensive reform to raise the level of city management.
