农户人力资本投资演变趋势研究——以安徽农村为例

A Study of Evolving Trend of Rural Investment in Human Capital——An Example of Anhui Rural Areas

本文以安徽农户对人力资本投资为基础,对农户人力投资演变趋势进行了分析。发现:农户人力资本投资无论从绝对数量还是比重上都呈上升趋势;人力资本投资对于农户而言具有奢侈品和正常物品的双重性质;农户人力资本投资既具有主动因素又有被动因素。农户人力资本投资导向是把人力资本投资转为正常物品,使农户对人力资本投资从被动变为主动。

Based on Anhui rural investment in human capital and an analysis of its evolving trend, the study finds investment in human capital is on the rise in absolute quantity as well as in proportion. Investment in human capital for farmers has dual nature-luxury goods and ordinary goods; investment in human capital has initiative factors and passive factors. The investment orientation is to turn human capital investment to ordinary goods and make farmers more initiative.
