摘要
员工满意度是员工对自己的工作或工作经验的评价所产生的一种愉快或有益的情绪状态,它对于企业的发展和工作效果有着极为重要的影响。员工的满意度越高,其工作绩效也越高。本文通过PIAIR循环分析,建立起员工满意度的模型,对影响电力企业员工满意度的因素进行分析;同时,运用现代综合评价数学方法(模糊综合评判法、层次分析法)建立起员工满意度评价模型,并对模型进行计算分析,进而提出提高电力企业员工满意度的措施和建议。
Employee satisfaction is one sort of good or pleasant emotional state which is generated from enterprise employees' evaluation about these work or work experience. It deeply effects the development of enterprises and the work results. The higher the satisfaction of employees is, the higher the work performance will be. Because of the particularity of the power enterprises system and operation, the research on the impact on the development of the power enterprises from employees satisfaction plays very important role in the innovation success of power enterprises. The article will set up the employee satisfaction model by the analysis of PIAIR circle system to analysis the factor which will effect the employee satisfaction. Meanwhile, the article will also set up the employee satisfaction evaluation model by Conmprehensive Evaluation of modem mathematical methods (fuzzy mathematics and AHP) and analysis the model. Furthermore, the article raises the measures and recommendations to improve employee satisfaction of the power enterprise.
