Discussion on the Targets and Focus of Constructing Harmonious University

文章从构建和谐社会的基本要求出发,结合高等教育和高等学校的特点,从和谐的发展战略、管理机制、人际关系、收入分配、校园文化、资源配置和育人环境提出了和谐高校构建的七项目标,明确了和谐高校建设的三大重点。

Through analyzing the basic requirements for constructing harmonious society and combining the characteristics of higher education, this thesis will put forward seven targets of constructing harmonious university from the aspects of development strategy, management mechanism, personal relationship, income distribution, campus culture, allocation of resources and educational environment; in addition, make clear the three important points of the construction.
