在开放教育基层教学点,课程导学教师及导学员是影响基层开放教育教学质量最为重要的角色,对基层教学点这两种导学人员的职能、基本素质和能力提出要求,并加以培养是十分必要的。

In the basic learning spot, teachers and learning facilitators of the course play very important roles in influencing the quality of the basic open education. It is perfectly necessary to bring up demands for these two kinds of staff＇s functions and essential qualities and train them in these two aspects.
