山西省高职院校健美操选修课的调查研究

The Investigation and Research of the Optional Course of Calisthenics in Higher Vocational Colleges of Shanxi Province

对高职院校学生选修健美操课进行研究,是当前高校体育教学值得探讨的课题。文章采用问卷调查、统计分析和文献资料法,对山西省高职院校开设公共体育健美操选修课学生学习动机进行分析、调查,为高职院校健美操改革和教学质量提高提供科学依据,对进一步开设健美操课问题提出了新的构想。

By studying the motivation and interest of taking calisthenics as an optional course ,this topic is worth discussing. In order to provide the scientific basis for the calisthenics＇reform and improvement of teaching quality, this paper adopts the means of the questionnaire, the statistic analysis and the literature material to analyze and investigate the motivation of the students to take the calisthenics as an optional course in the Higher Vocational Colleges of Shanxi Province. It puts forward new ideas on how to teach calisthenics.
