人民币汇率升值对国民经济的影响有利有弊。人民币升值与出口政策调整对花生出口企业影响较大,导致企业出口量减少,预期利润下降,但国内外市场的强烈需求与价格的不断攀升,农民种植花生积极性的高涨,使得花生产业发展市场空间巨大,人民币升值等不利因素给整个花生产业带来的压力,能够得到缓解。建议通过增强花生科技支撑能力,提高花生生产加工效率和市场竞争力,加强行业协作,严把产品质量,严格企业管理等多方面举措,克服人民币汇率升值给花生出口贸易带来的不利影响。

There were both advantages and disadvantages coming with the appreciation of RMB. The RMB appreciation and the export policy adjustment had a big effect on peanut export enterprises. It led to the export quantum reduce and the expected profit decline. But the intense requirement of both domestic and abroad market , the rise in price and the peasants＇ high enthusiasm on the peanut planting brought huge development opportunities for the peanut industry. The pressure on the peanut industry caused by the RMB appreciation and other disadvantage factors would be reduced. It is suggested that we should increase the peanut science and technology ability, raise the efficiency of peanut production and process and the ability of market competition, strengthen the industry cooperation, control the product quality and enforce business management strictly, etc., to get over the disadvantage coming with the appreciation of RMB on the peanut export trade.
