摘要
采用环保型无铬鞣剂进行了无铬(鞣)山羊皮服装(手套)革新产品开发和工艺技术的研究,通过系统的实验对比确定了采用口恶唑烷鞣剂、超支化聚合物助剂和锆鞣剂结合鞣制生产无铬鞣山羊皮服装(手套)革的技术方案,并且确定了最佳的工艺条件.成品革检测结果表明,中试生产的无铬鞣山羊皮服装(手套)革收缩温度(Ts)高达88℃以上,且手感柔软、丰满,能够满足加工手套的要求,理化指标检测结果完全达到了国家技术质量和环保标准,符合中国皮革协会生态皮革的要求.对中试产品进行的效益分析结果表明,本项技术成果经工业转化后经济效益和社会效益显著.
This thesis studied on the chrome-free superior glove leather of goatskin. Firstly, through comparison experiment the combined tannage with oxazolidine tanning agent, hyperbranched polymer tanning agent and zirconium tanning agent was used in chrome-free glove leather of goatskin and the optimal process condition was optimized. By research and devel-opment, the Ts of chrome-free goatskin garment and glove leather in production reached to 88℃. The determination results of finished product showed that chrome-free goatskin gar-ment and glove leather was soft, fat and could satisfy production demand of glove. Through test of physical and chemical properties, the leather achieved technological quality and envi-ronmental protection demand and accorded with zoological leather of Chinese leather association. Benefit analysis results of products showed that economic benefit and social benefit ofthe technique both were obvious.
