摘要
分析了高校图书馆人本管理的要求,指出当前人本管理在高校图书馆管理中应体现为"三化"管理:馆舍建设人性化、文献资源建设人情化和服务功能拓展人本化;高校图书馆要建立"以人为本"的管理机制:树立"以人为本"的服务理念,重视情感管理.合理使用人才,做到人尽其用;培养全面发展的复合型管理人才;建设先进的高校图书馆文化人等.
This paper analyzes the requirements of the management of humanism m college library. The current management of humanism in university library management should embody ＂3＂ management. University library should establish a ＂people-oriented＂ management system： establish a concept of ＂people-oriented＂ service, pay attention to emotional management; rational use of talent; train comprehensive and compound management personnel; build an advanced culture.
