榆林市产学研合作的现状、问题及对策

回顾了榆林市近年来产学研合作的发展历程,指出产学研合作在解决一批制约当地主导产业发展的关键技术、提高企业创新能力方面发挥了积极、显著的作用,已成为榆林经济快速发展的重要桥梁和平台,进而对榆林市产学研合作中存在的问题进行了较为深入的剖析.在此基础上,就推动产学研合作、促进榆林市传统产业提升改造、能源产业开发升级、高新技术产业发展状大提出了针对性的建议.

This essay has looked back on the development of the cooperation among industries, universities and research institutes in Yulin City in recent years, and points out that the cooperation among industries, universities and research institutes has played a positive and remarkable role in solving a group of crucial technological problems which limit the development of the local leading industries and improving an enterprisers ability in innovation and that this cooperation has become the important bridge and platform of Yulin＇s economic development.
