喇曼光谱技术在肺癌诊断中的应用价值

Application of Raman spectrum in diagnosis of lung cancer

目的:探讨新的肺癌诊断方法。方法:应用激光显微喇曼光谱对肺癌变及癌旁正常组织冰冻切片进行分析研究。结果:肺癌组织和癌旁正常组织的喇曼光谱有显著差异:正常肺组织切片的1392cm-1附近的C-H变形振动在癌变组织光谱中向高波数移动约4cm-1;1524cm-1脂类类胡萝卜素的C=C振动谱带在癌变组织光谱中向高波数移动约3cm-1。结论:喇曼光谱法可用于良、恶性肺部肿瘤组织的鉴别诊断。

Aim ：To investigate a new diagnostic method of the lung cancer. Methods：The co-focus laser Raman spectroscopy was applied to study the spectrum of cancerous tissue and normal tissue near the cancer of the lung. Results：Significant differences were observed in Raman spectra between the normal and cancerous tissue ： the peak of C-H and C = C shifted to long wavenumber in cancerous tissue. Conclusion ： Raman spectrum could be used as a new method of clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.
