摘要
目的:探讨病理性瘢痕组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2),基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)及组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测40例病理性瘢痕组织、15例正常皮肤组织中MMP-2,MMP-13及TIMP-2的表达情况,并分析3者之间的关系。结果:病理性瘢痕组织中MMP-2(70.0%),MMP-13(67.5%)及TIMP-2(80.0%)的表达水平较正常皮肤显著增高(26.7%,0%,20.0%),且在病理性瘢痕组织中MMP-2、MMP-13的表达与TIMP-2均呈正相关(r分别为0.491,0.454,χ2值分别为7.15,5.99,P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2,MMP-13及TIMP-2的高表达可能与病理性瘢痕的形成有关。
Aim : To detect the expression of MMP-2, MMP-13, and TIMP-2 in the pathologic scar tissue. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP technique was used to detect the expression of MMP-2, MMP-13, and TIMP-2 in 40 cases of pathologic scar and 15 cases of normal skin tissue. Results: The positive rates of MMP-2, MMP-13 and TIMP-2 in patho- logic scar group were all significantly higher than those in normal skin tissue group. There were positive correlations be- tween the expression of TIMP-2 and those of MMP-2, MMP-13 in pathologic scar tissue( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :The aberrant overexpression of MMP-2, MMP-13, and TIMP-2 may be correlated with the generation of pathologic scar.
