摘要
目的:测定雀儿舌头中总三萜酸的含量。方法:经过三萜酸中酚羟基与香草醛结构中的醛基进行缩合反应,生成红色的缩合物,采用紫外分光光度法测定缩合物的量,计算出总三萜酸的量。结果:该法的线性范围为40—180mg/L,r=0.9988,平均回收率为99.58%,RSD为1.03%(n=5)。雀儿舌头总三萜酸含量为1.0575%。结论:本法简便、快速,准确,重现性好,可用于雀儿舌头中总三萜酸含量的测定。
Aim:To determine the content of triterpenoidic acid in Leptopus Chinese (Bunge) Pojark. Methods:By using the uhraviolet spectrophotometrie method, the content of tritepenoidie acid in Leptopus Chinese (Bunge) Pojark was determinated. Results: The linear range was 40 - 180 mg/L, r = 0. 998 8. The averange recovery rate was 99.58% , and RSD was 1.03% (n =5 ). The content of total triterpenoidic acid in Leptopus Chinese (Bunge) Pojark was 1. 057 5%. Conclusion: This method is simple,quick,accurate and reproducible and can be used for determining the content of tritepenoidic acid in Leptopus Chinese (Bunge) Pojark.
