Discussion On the Establishment of Faithful Principle in Administrative Law

从诚信原则作为行政法基本原则的可能性,诚信原则作为行政法基本原则的必然性,论证了诚信原则作为行政法基本原则的合理性,继而对如何在行政法中确立诚信原则提出了自己的见解。

This paper will prove the rationality of the faithful principle as a fundamental principle of administrative law as following： the possibility of faithful principle as the fundamental principles of administrative law and the inevitabilityof faithful principle as the fundamental principles of administrative law. Finally this paper will make some recommendations about how to establish the faithful principle in the administrative law.
