经济补偿金对于保护劳动者的合法权益具有重要意义,但我国《劳动法》对此规定较少,且不甚合理。本文以《劳动合同法》为基础对各种情况下解除劳动合同的经济补偿金支付进行探讨,以期能更好地对劳动者的权益进行保护。

Economic compensation is of great significance for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, but China＇s ＂Labor Law,＂ provides less protection,and unreasonable. As the basis of ＂Labor Contract Law＂ the paper probes into all cases of economic compensation payments caused by terminating labor contracts to betterprotect the rights and interests of laborers.
