面对长三角、京津冀国家产业发展区的南北夹击,山东半岛产业集群要获得快速的发展,需要有以高等级技术人才为代表的高级生产要素及良好产业集聚环境加以配合。目前山东半岛区域产业集群发展所面临的问题,将对半岛产业集群的发展产生抑制作用。为此,必须从政策、制度及金融、信息和物流等多方面运筹,以尽快提高半岛区域产业集聚度和发展层次。

Facing the converging attack of the state＇s industry developing areas of the Yangtze Delta and Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, the rapid development of industrial assembly in Shandong Peninsula, the senior production factor and good industrial centralizing environment with senior technical talents are needed. At present, the problems faced by Shandong Peninsula in the course of the development of industrial assembly, will restrain its development. Therefore, we must prepare from various aspects, such as policy, system, finance, information and logistics, in order to improve rapidly the peninsula regional centralizing degree and developing level.
