党的十七大对科学发展观进行了科学阐述,这是马克思主义基本原理与中国具体实践和时代特征相结合的最新成果。本文从科学发展观的提出、内涵和具体要求几个方面论述它所体现的哲学思想。
The 17^th NPC discusses scientifically the concept of scientific development. It is the latest result of the combination of Marxism basic principle and China＇ s detailed practice and times character. The text discusses the embodied philosophical thought in several aspects the proposing, meaning and detailed requirement of concept of scientific development.
