情绪劳动结构维度初探 被引量:11

摘要 文章根据国外已有研究,通过对苏州市服务行业216名员工进行自编情绪劳动量表调查,运用因子分析,得出情绪劳动分为两大维度,分别是情绪劳动要求和情绪劳动策略。情绪劳动要求由多样性、专注度、规则性和严格性组成;情绪劳动策略由表面行为、深度行为和中性调节组成。
