摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDU)在下肢静脉血栓的应用。方法:回顾性分析73例下肢静脉血栓的超声表现。结果:本组下肢静脉血栓超声定性、定位诊断符合率达100%;中央型血栓11例,周围型血栓17例,混合型血栓45例。结论:CDU是下肢静脉血栓检查的敏感方法,是下肢静脉血栓诊断可靠的影像学检查。
Objective To investigate the application of color doppler ultrasound （CDU） in the venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods The sonographic appearances of 73 cases of lower extremity venous thrombosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results The diagnosis accordance rates of sonographic qualitation and localization were 100%. The cases of central type, pe- riphery type and mixed type of lower extremity venous thrombosis in this study were 11, 17and 45, respectively. Conclusion CDU is a sensitive and reliable imaging modality for detecting venous thrombosis of lower extremity.
