完善刑事辩护制度的若干构想——兼评新《律师法》

My Idea for Improving Criminal Defense System:Concurrently Commenting on China's New Attorney Law

刑事辩护工作作为律师业务的重要组成部分,在某种层面上更能凸显律师的社会价值。在新《律师法》即将实施之日,笔者分析了律师刑辩制度在实务运行中的困局并建构了应对方案,以期对该制度的完善有所助益。

As an important part of attorneys＇ professional responsibilities, criminal defense highlights social values of attorneys to some extent. At a time when China＇ new attorney law is to be effective, the author makes an analysis of the difficulties criminal defense attorneys meet with in their practice and comes up with some countermeasures, with a view to helping improve the system.
