中外罪犯分类的比较研究

Comparative Analysis of Crime Classifications in China and Foreign Countries

中外的刑事法律法规中对罪犯分类有了一些规定,但因民族习俗、文化积淀和监狱行刑理念的不同,各国对罪犯分类的阐释和规定,也存在着很多差异。本文通过对罪犯分类进行的比较研究,论述了我国罪犯分类的新进展和存在的若干问题,提出了改进的建议,以期对我国罪犯分类制度完善有所裨益。

There are stipulations in rules and regulations in different countries concerning crime classification. As there are different customs, different cultural deposits and different incarceration concepts, different countries have different explanations and stipulations about the classification. This article makes a comparative analysis of crime classifications in different countries, discusses new developments in China, points out existing problems and comes up with suggestions for improvement, with a view to helping bring about a better crime classification system in China.
