高校学报编辑部团队精神的培育——《西游记》团队精神的启示

On Cultivating Team Spirit in Editorial Departments of Journals of Higher Education——Enlightenment from Team Spirit of Journey to the West

传统以群体为形态的学报编辑部往往缺乏协作与凝聚力,不利于实施目标管理。为适应知识经济的发展,需要编辑人员组成团队。通过分析《西游记》师徒4人取经的团队精神,提出高校学报编辑部团队精神的培育,应该设定具有挑战性的团队目标,建立具有影响力的领导核心层,建立有效沟通的机制,建立有效的激励机制,等等。

Traditional editorial departments of Journals featuring types of groups lack cooperation and cohesion, which is detrimental to the management by objectives. Thus, the editorial staff should be incorporated into one team in order to conform to the development of knowledge economy. Based on analyzing the team spirit of seeking by the four （Tang Seng, Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie and Sha Seng） for Buddhist scriptures in the West, this paper believes that the cultivation of team spirit in Editorial Departments of Journals of Higher Education lies in the fact that the objective to build a challenging team should be set up, the core group of influential leadship should be established, and effective communication and encouragement systems should be formed.
