高校构建和谐校园的系统性研究

A Systematic Study of Building a Harmonious University Campus

从和谐校园的基本内涵入手,分析了和谐校园的具体特征,阐述了构建和谐校园的重要意义。从校园民主缺乏、内部矛盾突出、市场经济的负面影响、学生面临的困难、各项建设投资不足等角度,对当前影响和谐校园建设的主要因素进行了详细分析。最后从加强领导、树立科学发展观、重视思想政治教育、加强学风建设、注重校园文化建设、培养创新团队、完善竞争机制等方面,着重对高校构建和谐校园的途径和方法做了系统性研究。

This paper, based on the connotation of the harmonious campus, analyzes its concrete characteristics, and elaborates the significance of constructing a harmonious campus. It analyzes some factors which affect the construction of a harmonious campus, such as lack of democracy, internal contradiction, negative impact of market economy, difficulties faced by students, and construction investment insufficiency. Furthermore, it makes a systematic study on building a harmonious campus from such aspects as strengthening the leadership, establishing a scientific concept of development, attaching importance to ideological and political education, strengthening the building of the style of study and paying attention to the construction of campus culture, cultivating innovation team, improving the mechanism of competition.
