传统体育项目健身秧歌的推广策略研究——以上海浦东新区健身秧歌的开展情况为例 被引量:2

摘要 通过对上海浦东新区健身秧歌练习者、教练员、管理者、居民随机抽样调查分析,结果表明练习者对健身秧歌的内容组成比较满意,在组织和管理上存在一些问题,"以人为本"是管理工作的出发点,要多考虑锻炼者的切身利益。继续加强健身秧歌的宣传,建议在学校体育教学中推广健身秧歌运动。提高健身秧歌指导员的人数和业务水平,丰富健身秧歌练习内容,为练习者提供更多的选择余地。按照初期"合作型"、中期"社区型"、后期"俱乐部型"、终期"产业化"方向发展的四个步骤进行健身秧歌的普及与推广工作。 Through random sample analysis of the fitness Yangge practitioners, the trainers, the superintendents, the residents in Pudong, Shanghai, this paper finds out that the fitness Yangge practitioners are quite satisfied with the construction of Fitness Yangge, but there are still some problems in organization and management. "Humanist" is the most important in the management, and so it is necessary to consider the personal interests of the practitioners. We should continue to strengthen the publicity of fitness Yangge, promote fitness Yangge in PE class at school, increase the number of trainers of fitness Yangge and improve their professional abilities, enrich the practice content of fitness Yangge and provide more choices for the practitioners. We should have four steps to promote it, which are the initial period of "cooperation", the intermediate stage of "community", the third period of "club", and the final stage of "industrial production".
