摘要
通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法对山西省高校教师体育锻炼活动状况进行调查研究,结果显示:山西省高校教师的体育人口值低于全国科教文人员水平;教师每周参加体育活动次数很少;参加的体育锻炼项目以散步、跑步、小球和三大球为主;教师参加体育锻炼的动机以强身健体,减缓紧张、改善情绪为主;影响教师参加体育锻炼的主要原因是工作压力大,没时间,场地器材缺乏或场地差等。
This paper is based on the literature material, investigation, mathematical statistics and logic reasoning, and the results show that the number of teachers participating in sports is smaller than the average of the national educational, scientific and cultural staff. Teachers participate in sports infrequently per week, and walking, jogging, small-ball games and three big-ball games are the primary physical training projects. The motive to participate in the physical training lies in body building, pressure alleviating, and mood improving. The main reasons to influence the results are pressure, time, insufficiency of apparatus and worse ground.
