摘要
文章认为，资本经营是地勘单位实现企业化，建立现代企业制度的关键。文章就地勘单位实施资本经营的基本思路和政策保证提出了设想和建议。
The paper considers that capital management is key to realize enterprise and set up mordern enterprise system in the geological prospecting unit. It puts forward the imagination and suggestion on the fundamental thinking and policy assurance to carry out capital manngement in the geological prospecting unit.
