摘要
本文综述了钢锭节能去应力退火、锻件去氢退火、锻轧材软化退火、均质化退火等新工艺，这些工艺实施15年来，比原工艺平均节能35％以上，提高生产率20％-30％，经济效益极为显著。
This paper summarizes the new technology of stress relieve annealing, forging dehydrogenation annealing, forger and roller softening annealing and homogenizing annealing. Energy has been saved more than 35% and productivity has been increased 20% - 30% Compared with the old process in the past 15 years. The economical benefit is very remarkable.
