糖尿病早期肾损害患者CysC和Hcy的观察

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病患者早期肾脏损害的检测指标。方法:分别检测正常对照组、单纯糖尿病组(SDM组)、早期糖尿病肾病组(EDN组)和临床糖尿病肾病组(CDN组)同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(CysC)和Cr水平。结果:SDM组三项指标检测结果较正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);EDN组两项检测指标(CysC、Hcy)较正常对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),Cr结果两组无差异;CDN组Hcy、CysC和Cr检测结果均较正常对照组有极显著性差异(P<0.01);EDN组与SDM组相比,CysC、Hcy有显著性差异(P<0.05),Cr无显著性差异。结论:CysC可作为糖尿病早期肾脏损害的较合理指标,对于糖尿病早期肾脏损害、肾功能损害程度的诊断具有重要的价值。Hcy作为DM大血管病变的指标,可能也是早期肾脏损害的影响因素之一,也应该更多地被关注。
