本文通过教学实践,指出要实现愉快的体育教学,必须通过如下途径:(1)提高体育教学的艺术性;(2)增强体育教学的趣味性;(3)加强体育教学的科学性;(4)提倡体育教学的启发性;(5)运用体育教学的实践性;(6)把握体育教学的时代性;(7)建立师生之间的亲和性。

This paper proved through pvactive that the following methods are the ways of having physical education permeated with pleasure; 1 .To raise the artistic quality of conducting the class. 2.To make physical education more interesting. 3.To lay emphasis on the scientific teaching and training. 4.To promote heuristic method. 5.To persist in practice. 6.To keep pace with the development of modern science and technology. 7.
