摘要
目的:建立蒙药那如3味丸中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定没食子酸的含量。色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(5:95),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为268nm,柱温为25℃。结果:经过方法学考察,没食子酸含量测定方法具有一定的专属性、准确性、重现性和可行性,样品在0.44~4.4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.54%。结论:本方法简便、准确、分离效果好、线性范围宽、灵敏度高,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of the Gallic acid in Naru-sanwei Pill. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of Gallic acid on Diamonsil-C18(250mm× 4.6mm,5μm) column with methanol-0. 2%Phosphoric acid(5: 95) as mobile phase, the velocity of flow was 0. 8ml/min, the detection wavelength was 268nm, column temperature was 25℃. Results.. The linear range of Gallic acid was 0. 44-4. 4μg and the average recycle rate of the added sample was 100. 4% ,RSD was 0. 54%. Conclusion: The method is convenient and accurate with satisfactory separation effect, wide linear range, and high sensitivity, and available for quality control of this leechdom.
