The Volatilization oil Compare of the Same Part of Notopterygium Incisium Picked in Different Seasons

目的:通过对羌活进行不同采收时间的挥发油含量考察,分析近年来市场上多次出现不合格羌活挥发油的主要原因,为羌活的内在质量评价提供依据。方法:采用2005年版药典方法对野生和人工栽培的羌活进行不同采收时间的挥发油含量比较。结果:采收时间不同,挥发油含量区别较大,尤以秋末采收的含量较高。结论:提前采挖是导致市场商品不合格的主要原因。大量采挖使资源遭到严重破坏,导致产品质量大幅下降。要使羌活挥发油含量符合标准规定,应适时采收,同时建议适当降低药典对羌活中挥发油含量的标准规定。

Aim： In order to provide the gist of Notopterygium incisium inner quality,we have tested the content of the volatilization oil picked in different seasons and analysed the low quality Angelica Sylvester＇s appearing in the markets. Method： comparing the volatilization oil in wild Notopterygium incisium with that in field Notopterygium incisium by the way from 2005 Pharmacopoeia. Result： different seasons, different percentage oil（the highest percentage of the oil comes from the later Autumn）. Conclusion： the reason of the lowquality of Angelica Sylvester＇s lies in picking it ahead of time, besides, over-picking wild Angelica sylvestris always causes the serious effect on the environment. Adviee：picking Angelica Sylvester＇s in right seasons laying down the standards of the volatilization oil in Pharmacopoeia.
