口腔修复病人健康教育时间和方式需求的调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]了解口腔修复科病人健康教育需求,探讨病人认可的健康教育时间和方式。[方法]采取自行设计的问卷,随机对307例口腔修复科就诊病人进行问卷调查分析。[结果]307例调查对象中,认为健康教育时间在诊疗前、中、后分别占47.2%、41.4%、11.4%,病人对健康教育方式的支持率由高到低依次为主动讲解,提出问题给予解答,提供宣传册,健康教育宣传栏以及观看电教片。[结论]口腔修复科病人健康教育时间应侧重于诊疗前和诊疗中,方式应以主动讲解和提问解答为主,其他方式为辅,也应根据个体差异给予有针对性的健康教育。 Objective: To know about the demand of patients undergoing mouth rehabilitation on health education and to probe into health education time and mode of patients approved. Methods: A total of 307 patients in mouth rehabilitation department were investigated by filling out self--designed questionnaires. Results: Among all 307 subjects, 47.2%, 41.4% and 11.4% respectively thought health education time should be before, during and after the diagnosis and treatment of their illness. The support rate of patients toward health education modes from high to low in order were active explaining, answering the questions, providing propaganda booklet and propaganda column of health education, and seeing TV teaching play. Conclusion: Health education time for patients in mouth rehabilitation department should be emphasized before and during diagnosis and treatment. Patients should take active explaining and answering the questions as main health education mode, others as assistant. And patients should be given health education based on their individual difference.
