Another Application of HARRISON Starter in CDQ-vehicle Rotating Orientation

HARRISON启动是大型带式输送机理想的起动方式。使用西门子PLC作为控制器,通过PROGIBUS-DP通信,控制变频器的速度设定值,实现焦化厂干法熄焦车旋转定位的控制。速度设定曲线使用HARRISON起动的逆向过程,即使用余弦函数发生器;定位反馈信号来自安装在旋转电机上的带PROFIBUS-DP接口的绝对值编码器。

HARRISON starter is a perfect start mode for the large-scale conveyer belt. Siemens PLC is used to control the speed reference of the frequency converter by Profibus-DP so as to realize the CDQ-vehiele rotating position control of eoking plant coke dry quenching. Cosine function curve is used to give the speed reference, simulating HARRISON starter＇s reversing process. Positioning feedback signal is from absolute value coder with Profibus-DP interface fixed on the rotary motor.
