单缸柴油机燃用乳化重油的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在单缸四冲程柴油机上对乳化重油的燃烧和排放特性进行了系统的研究。将重油和柴油按照1:1进行调和,再加入一定量的水分进行乳化得到乳化重油。在不改变柴油机结构的前提下进行实验,实验结果表明:乳化重油在柴油机中能够正常的工作,油耗和燃烧纯柴油基本相当。污染物的排放中,碳烟和氮化物明显降低,而CO有一定程度的增加。从总体看,乳化重油能够满足柴油机的使用,并达到环保要求。 An investigation of the combustion characteristics and emissions of the emulsified heavy oil is conducted in a four-stroke, one-cylinder, direct-injection diesel engine. The emulsified heavy oil is produced by mixing some water with the mixing oil made of the heavy oil and diesel oil in proportion of 1:1 in mass. The experiment is carried out without any change for the structure of the diesel engine. Experimental results show that the emulsified heavy oil can work well in the diesel engine. The brake special fuel consumption (BSFC) is almost as much as pure diesel fuel. Among the emissions, the NOx and soot emissions can be reduced obviously while the CO increases a little. In a word, the emulsified heavy oil can satisfy the use of diesel engine and the requirement of the environment protection.
