润滑剂生物降解性能试验方法研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了现行的润滑剂生物降解性试验方法,分析了这些测定方法的原理、应用范围和发展方向。综合比较了各种方法的优、缺点,直接测定CO2方法重复性较好,但测试物浓度要求高,不适用于难溶、挥发性物质;测定DOC试验环境影响较大;BOD/COD测定试验适用于难溶、挥发性测试物,但测试生物降解的潜能低,灵敏性较差;红外光谱测定方法,适用于液压油等挥发性润滑油,但重复性和再现性不好。 The principle, applicability and development trend of current biodegradability test methods forlubricants are introduced in brief. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are also compared: the methods of CO2 evolution need more amount of oil sample, and are not suitable for evaluating non - soluble and volatile chemicals, although they have better repeatability. The methods of DOC determination are highly sensitive to the circumstance, The tests of BOD/COD are suitable for evaluating non - soluble and volatile chemicals, but have less potential capability to test the biodegradability and lower sensitivity. The test of IR spectrum is suitable for hydraulic fluids and other volatile lubricants, while having poor repeatability and reproducibility.
