PMMA/SiO_2纳米杂化材料作为菜籽油添加剂的摩擦学性能

摘要 用无皂乳液聚合法,一步制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/表面有机化二氧化硅(PMMA/SiO2)纳米杂化材料,透射电子显微镜(TEM)形貌照片表明PMMA/SiO2为平均粒径在60 nm左右的良好分散圆球。利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了添加剂在菜籽油中的摩擦学性能,结果表明,所合成的PMMA/SiO2纳米杂化材料能改善菜籽油的抗磨性能,提高承载能力和极压能力,并降低摩擦系数,其最佳质量分数为1.0%。 Polymethyl methacrylate/surface organically modified silica (PMMA/SiO2 ) hybrid nanocompositewas synthesized through "one - step" soap - free emulsion polymerization. The nanocomposite with core - shell structure was characterized by means of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The result showed that the PM-MA/SiO2 is well - dispersed spherical - shaped nano - particle with about 60 nm in diameter. The effect of the PM-MA/SiO2 hybrid nanocomposite as additive on the tribological properties of rape oil was examined using a four - ball friction and wear tester. As the results, the PMMA/SiO2 hybrid nanocomposite as additive is effective in improving the steel - to - steel load - carrying capacity, anti - wear & EP abilities and friction coefficient of rape oil. The optimal concentration of the PMMA/SiO2 in the rape oil was suggested to be about 1.0%, at which the optimized friction - reducing and anti- wear abilities were recorded.
