摘要
对NF-6风洞AV90-2轴流压缩机防喘振控制系统进行了分析研究。讨论了系统结构、系统软硬件平台和程序控制流程,并以软硬件为基础实现对安全参数进行测量,建立以西门子SIMATIC S7400 PLC为底层控制平台和以Labw indows/CVI为顶层开发环境的风洞防喘振控制系统。实践表明:该系统能够满足风洞运行要求,为风洞的正常安全运转奠定了基础。
The anti-surge control system of AV90 - 2 axial compressor in the NF - 6 wind tunnel is realized by SIEMENS SIMATIC S7400 PLC as bottom control platform and CVI as top floor development environment. In the full paper, anti-surge control system is introduced briefly. And we analyze the system architecture, system hardware and software platform, control logic block diagram. The anti-surge control system, which has the precise measurement ability of typical parameter, is used successfully to the whole running work in the NF - 6 wind tunnel. So it has established the basis of safe and normative running work.
