女性性生活质量问卷的编制和信效度检验

Development of Sexual Quality of Life Questionnaire for Women

目的：编制适用于我国女性的性生活质量测评工具,并检验其信效度。方法：采用文献回顾、个人访谈、专家评定等方法形成初始问卷,先对366名已婚女性的测试结果进行探索性因子分析,再对1529名已婚女性的测试结果进行验证性因子分析,同时还进行了信度分析、效标效度分析。结果：探索性因子分析得到32个题项,形成六个因子,可解释总方差的63.59%;六个因子依次为性满意度、性交流、性焦虑、性反应、性态度、性体像,因子载荷范围在0.488～0.818之间;验证性因子分析验证了六因子模型,其结果为χ^2/df=5.247、GFI=0.905、NFI=0.906、TLI=0.914、CFI=0.922、RMSEA=0.053;总的Cronbachα系数为0.937,重测信度为0.925;总量表评分与O lson婚姻质量问卷性生活分量表有较高的相关性（r=0.716,P〈0.01）。结论：女性性生活质量问卷具有较好的信度和效度。

Objective： To develop sexual quality of life questionnaire for women.Methods：Literature review,personal interview and qualitative study were used to develop initial questionnaire.Then the initial questionnaire was administered to 366 married women for exploratory factor analysis,and to 1529 married women for confirmatory factor analysis.To evaluate the reliability and validity,correlation analysis was also used.Results： After exploratory factor analysis,a questionnaire consisted of 32 items was established,which had six factors： satisfaction,communication,anxiety,sexual response,attitude and self-image.These six factors could explain 63.59% of the total variance and were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis（χ^2/df=5.247;GFI=0.905;NFI=0.906;TLI=0.914;CFI=0.922;RMSEA=0.053）.Cronbach coefficient was 0.937,test-retest reliability was 0.925.The correlation coefficient between the total score of the questionnaire and subscale score of Olson＇s Marital Inventory（sexual relationship） was high（r=0.716,P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Sexual quality of life questionnaire for women has good reliability and validity.
