摘要
对三疣梭子蟹养殖池塘水体异养细菌的数量和菌群组成进行了调查分析.分离得到240株细菌,根据其菌落和菌体形态特征,分为15个类群和31个亚群.结果表明:自然水体进入养殖池塘后,其优势菌菌群和亚群都发生了显著改变,这些改变可能与池塘高有机质的分解和蟹病的发生有密切关系.
The quantity and composition of heterotrophic bacteria community were investigated from water column of Portunus trituperculatus rearing pond in Meishan, Ningbo in October. Water samples were collected from Portunus trituperculatus rearing pond and reservoired pond according to the specification for oceanographic survey. A total of 240 strains of bacteria were isolated from water samples, and primarily clustered into 15 groups based on colony characteristics and further classified into 31 subgroups based on cell shape and size. When the reservoir water entering the ponds, the biggest group and subgroups changed significantly. These changes may be resulted from the increase of organic matter in rearing pond and might be related to the disease outbreak.
